Onesie translations!

Something quite different this week: onesies! For KiguKigu.com/nl, I was part of a team of Dutch translators and writers working on the site and contributed to a significant part of the shop listing.

To localize the text thoroughly, it was sometimes necessary to rewrite a listing entirely if I felt a joke or turn of phrase didn’t quite work in Dutch. This made it a fun combination of creative copywriting and translation.

I am pleased with how the website turned out. My thanks, of course, go to the kind people at KiguKigu for working with me.

To conclude with some housekeeping: Have you read my piece on AI checkers? Click here if you haven’t.

Have a great week, everyone!
